Neil

Cain

Project Manager

905-883-8355 ext. 310

Neil began his journey at Dominion/Langstaff in 1974, at just 13 years old, working as a labourer on hot rubber waterproofing projects.

In 1979, he began working full-time at Dominion Langstaff where he quickly gained a reputation for hard work and exceptional skills in concrete, masonry and sealant repairs. His dedication and versatile skill sets made Neil an invaluable resource for the diverse world of building restorations.

Throughout his 25 years in the field, Neil completed some of the largest projects to date in Dominion Langstaff’s history, including 300, 330, and 350 Alton Towers Circle, 55 and 65 Southport, Honda, and Toyota, among many others.

In 1999, after coming out of the 6-year construction recession of the 1990’s, Dominion Langstaff needed a project manager with determination, an impeccable work ethic and an ability to lead. Neil was the obvious choice, as he embodied all of these attributes in addition to his many years of expertise in the field.

Throughout his time as project manager with Dominion Langstaff, Neil has been instrumental in some of our biggest projects, like First Canadian Place, Scotia Plaza, and The InterContinental Hotel. His commitment to Dominion Langstaff has never wavered, and as he prepares to celebrate his 50th year at the company, he insists it’s the camaraderie of his colleagues that makes his time well spent.
