Dominion Caulking and Langstaff Restorations

In 2007, after a successful project at L’Esplanade Laurier, our team realized that there was a need for our services in Ottawa. We wanted to go beyond setting up shop, and establish a consistent presence in our nation’s capital, becoming part of the community and demonstrating the same integrity, exceptional workmanship and commitment to value that we have become known for in the GTA.

Jeff Littlemore, our Foreman on L’Esplanade Laurier, took up the challenge and became the General Manager of our Ottawa branch. Over the years our team has continued to grow, completing projects such as Place du Ville, Jean Edmonds Tower South, the US Embassy, along with the Government of Canada Building further north in Iqaluit.

In 2017, Jeff’s son Kris became Dominion/Langstaff Ottawa’s Estimator. His nine years in the field has given him a familiarity with procedures that you can only obtain through experience, and we’re proud to have him as part of our team. In 2023, we opened a new office in Kars in order to better serve our customers in the Ottawa region.
