Dominion Langstaff recognizes the challenges property owners and managers face trying to find a contractor for small-scale building repairs. Dominion Langstaff’s Minor Project Division was created to help our clients overcome these challenges.
Our foundation as a Company has been cultivated by long term relationships with our clients and many of these relationships started with a repair of a simple leak. In the face of growing building repair demands, many contractors focus solely on their ongoing projects and, therefore, responding to your needs can become lost in the hustle.

Our Process
1) Fill out the Minor Projects Request Form the more information you can give us the faster we will be able to assess and complete the repair(s).
2) Email it to Neil@dominionlangstaff.com.
3) If there is anything on the Minor Projects Division Request Form that needs a bit more clarity, we will give you a call.
4) Our Minor Projects Division technicians will promptly integrate your building into their schedule.
5) Be ready, our technician could be there the next day, or it could take up to a couple of weeks, but rest assured, we will be there.
