In 2022, Dominion Langstaff found itself in need of an office manager. As an almost 100-year-old company, finding someone to fit in with a long-established team who had contributed for decades to the company’s heritage and reputation was a difficult task. After interviewing a number of possible candidates seeking the position, Dominion/Langstaff found Anna...or should we say that Anna found Dominion/Langstaff.
Anna stood out immediately for her determination, quick thinking, and self-starting, go-getter attitude, which made an impression on the close-knit Dominion/Langstaff team. After only a few weeks, she had already become an integral part of the stability and cohesiveness required at Dominion/Langstaff, and is already influencing changes that will lead the company in years to come.
Anna proudly declares that she “will be at Dominion/Langstaff for the rest of [her] life”, a bold (and much appreciated!) statement for someone so new to the position. Instantly feeling a sense of belonging, she realized DominionLangstaff would foster her growth and allow her to implement her ideas in a meaningful way to benefit the company. Anna says, “it’s what I was looking for, and I found it”
