Dominion Caulking and Langstaff Restorations

Alex started his journey at Dominion/Langstaff in 2004 as an apprentice. Quickly adapting to the effort required in the restoration industry, he worked fast to hone his skills in concrete repairs, sealant applications, and waterproofing.
In 2010, after being a junior foreman on multiple projects, Alex felt he was ready to step up to the plate as senior foreman, and run his own projects. Dominion/Langstaff is (and always has been) discerning when choosing a new foreman, so after putting himself on the radar, Alex was watched carefully. He rose to the challenge,by working hard and believing in himself, proving that the company may have found itself a diamond in the rough.
Over the next 12 years, he gained considerable knowledge of restoration and an easy rapport with the consultants and owners on-site. He distinguished himself as a foreman on projects such as The Sheraton Centre, 397 Front St, 235, 245 Yorkland Avenue, and many more. Due to his knowledge, perseverance, and dedication, in 2023 Alex was given the opportunity to become a project manager at Dominion/Langstaff.
As he settles into his new role, his belief in himself, leadership abilities, and the close bonds he has formed with those he worked with in the field and the office, Alex has demonstrated that he will undoubtedly have a bright future at the company, and become an integral part of Dominion/Langstaff’s success.
