Scope of Work Completed:

Removed and replaced 80,000 bricks.

Removed and replaced deteriorated concrete at the floor slab and shear walls.

Recaulked all window perimeters and brick to concrete joints.

Replaced roof flashing.

Applied coating to all concrete joints.
